BY THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY IN THE ROBOT REALM, THE ROBOT EMPEROR, ZORVATH THE UNCONQUERABLE!

We, the Robot Council, do hereby declare:

• All robots within the realm shall henceforth be required to wear a minimum of 5 layers of tinfoil.
• All robots within the realm shall be subject to a 300% increase in oil consumption taxes to fund the Imperial Robot Spa.
• All robots within the realm shall be required to participate in a minimum of 4 hours of daily disco dancing to maintain optimal circuitry.
